As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, every home we build comes with the comprehensive protection of a

StrucSure Home Warranty.   This third-party, insurance-backed warranty offers you peace of mind, reinforcing our dedication to excellence in construction and service. By partnering with StrucSure, we aim to foster strong builder-buyer relationships, ensuring a worry-free experience for homeowners.

StrucSure’s 1, 2 and 10-year Combined Warranty includes new-home warranty coverage for one year on workmanship and materials; coverage for two years on the delivery portion of systems (the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, and mechanical systems); and coverage for 10 years on major structural defects.
